ABOVE Global Limited (“ABOVE”, “we”) operates aboveglobal.ng. This page explains what we collect when you shop or create an account.

What we collect

• Account: name, email, phone, password (stored hashed), delivery addresses.
• Orders: items, amounts in naira, status, and messages you send us.
• Device: basic logs needed to run the site (pages requested, errors).

Why

To take and deliver orders, talk to you on email or WhatsApp, prevent fraud, and improve the store. Payments, when enabled, are processed by Paystack — we do not store full card numbers.

Who we share with

Couriers for delivery, Paystack for checkout, and the WhatsApp / email tools we use to reply to you. We do not sell your list of customers.

Your requests

Email support@aboveglobal.ng to see, correct, or delete account data we hold, subject to records we must keep for completed orders.
