Terms of use

These terms cover use of aboveglobal.ng, the online store of ABOVE Global Limited, operated by Emmanuel Sunday Omeh.

The store

We sell fashion, home equipment and other goods listed on the site. Prices are in naira. Stock and delivery times are as shown at checkout or confirmed by support. Sample catalog items may show ₦— until a live price is set.

Accounts and orders

You must give a working phone and a Nigerian delivery address. An order is an offer to buy; we confirm it when payment is received or when we accept a WhatsApp / bank instruction. We may cancel if an item is unavailable and will say so.

Delivery and returns

We deliver nationwide from Abuja. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to support@aboveglobal.ng or WhatsApp 07039183738 with photos. We will agree a replacement, repair path, or refund on a case-by-case basis. Change-of-mind returns for used or installed home equipment may be refused.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods as described. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, network outages, or misuse of a product. Nothing here limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer law that cannot be waived.
